Sometimes I want something warm in the morning that isn't eggs and this is the perfect grain-free solution.
- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Small Handful Unsweetened and Dried Apples
- Chia Seeds
- Unsweetened Coconut Strands
Smash banana and egg together, add dried apples and sprinkle in spices. Pour mixture into a warm non-stick pan slightly greased with ghee or preferred fat. Mix over medium heat until the desired consistency has been reached. Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut strands. Enjoy.
