Grain-free Pudding

Sometimes I want something warm in the morning that isn't eggs and this is the perfect grain-free solution.


  1. 1 Egg
  2. 1 Banana
  3. Pinch of Cinnamon
  4. Pinch of Pumpkin Pie Spice
  5. Small Handful Unsweetened and Dried Apples
  6. Chia Seeds
  7. Unsweetened Coconut Strands

Smash banana and egg together, add dried apples and sprinkle in spices.  Pour mixture into a warm non-stick pan slightly greased with ghee or preferred fat.  Mix over medium heat until the desired consistency has been reached.  Sprinkle with chia seeds and coconut strands.  Enjoy.
